**The role**
- 3 years' experience as a Completions Officer within the fast - moving buy to let lender market with a proven track record that is commensurate with your experience.
- Has a thorough understanding of the UK Finance Handbook is essential, as well as ensuring a thorough understanding of the Landbay part 2 responses.
- Has a thorough understanding of the Credit Policy.
- Liaise with Underwriters and New Business Team on any completion queries i.e. COT received, completion call transfers, updates to all parties.
- Reviewing legal correspondence from solicitors, providing responses where possible and referring queries to the underwriter or valuer if appropriate
- Pursue outstanding documents ensuring offer conditions are satisfied before authorising release of funds.
- Capability of meeting service level agreements and maintaining excellent customer service
- Authenticate the Certificate of Title to ensure details provided from the panel of solicitors are accurate and adequate to proceed to completion.
- Processing of Certificates of Titles (COTs) to ensure compliance with all loan offer conditions prior to sign off by a senior team member.
- Maintain a minimum pipeline of 150 cases between 3 Underwriter.
- Must hold and maintain a Red mandate.
- Deputising for Team Leader in times of absence or sickness.
- Assist with training the team and being a mentor when required.
- Seek ways to provide career development through proactive and consistent learning.

- Good communication skills. Fluency in spoken and written English is essential.

- You must possess a positive, can-do attitude.
- You must be committed and enthusiastic and flexible.
- You must have a good working knowledge of MS Office
- A good sense of humour.

**Location & Logistics**

Position is based in Victoria, central London, reporting to a Completions Team Leader
