Creator Programme Executive

**OVERVIEW**:
This role exists to maintain and improve our International Influencer Programme in conjunction with the Athlete Marketing team, you will play a crucial part of building our talent funnel. This role is responsible for reporting on learnings and key takeaways in order to better support the larger Brand vision.

**WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING**:
Supporting and growing the International Influencer programme by identifying relevant talent
- Ensuring timely and accurate communications are shared with talent
- Reporting to a variety of key stakeholders on top performing creators and content across all social media platforms
- Identifying unique ways to expand the micro roster by ensuring that the program evolves and remains aligned with larger Brand goals
- Participating in greater brand department meetings to discuss campaign strategy relevant to the Influencer Programme
- Ensuring the Influencer Programme remains at or below provided budget, collaborating with leadership and Finance

Accountable for:

- Identifying micro influencers that resonate with target audiences through research, demographics, and other data resources
- Creating meaningful relationships with influencers to foster a long-term partnership
- Coaching team members on how to utilise Creator IQ software
- Hitting ACA targets in accordance with Planning and Athlete Marketing(s) planning
- Tracking and analysing micro influencer performance across socials to ensure brand campaign goals are met and exceeded
- Ensuring program growth objectives (Revenue & number of Creators) are met

**WHAT YOU'LL NEED**:
**Essential Criteria**:

- Experience in social media or influencer/entertainment marketing
- Demonstrated ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to identify rising stars and emerging talent that fit the Gymshark brand culture and narrative
- Ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to meet and exceed marketing goals

**WHAT YOU COULD ALSO HAVE**:

- Understanding of relevant fitness trends and niche markets throughout leading social media networks
- Strong storytelling ability through the use of influencers and brand campaigns
- Willingness to give and receive effective feedback
- Ability navigating social platforms to identify talent
- Creative planning to work w/ creators on content creation
- Analytical thinking to support reporting and budget tracking
- Project Management skills to support carrying end-end program management
