**eCommerce Executive**

**Solihull Hybrid Working**

**£24,000 to £28,000**

Working for an ambitious global, consumer focused brand, which has extensively grown over the last 5 years and is driven by their highly innovative approach, making the business a market leader.

Reporting to the Ecommerce Manager you will play an integral part in contributing to the site P&L, growth strategy, translating the brand identity online whilst working cross functionally across the business.

Working in a growing and extremely dynamic marketing team, the eCommerce executive wil be will support the eCommerce team to continuously improve the online performance.

This involves managing the promotional plan and brand campaigns across the website, ensuring all promotional activity goes live on time, correctly and according to plan. Monitoring the ongoing performance and making any recommendations for change and feeding this back to team members and managers.
- Monitor analytics to measure the performance of the activity and make recommendations to change
- Working with the team to test new ways of executing promotions and showing different content to targeted customers, working with the digital team on new and exciting campaigns
- Awareness of competitors' activity monitoring market trends to make recommendations and changes
- Promoting and embodying the brand identity and ensuring trading decisions align to this identity
- Establish a consistent tone of voice across site aiming to address customer needs, therefore increasing conversion
- Driving continuous site improvements to maximise conversion and AOV and reduce bounce rate on site and reduce barriers to buying online
- Placing the customer experience at the heart of everything you do whilst balancing commerciality you will be a strategic thinker and committed to being best in class
- Using analytics tools to monitor performance in order to understand the success of the promotional programme and make recommendations for changes.
- Work with the user experience tool by testing and measuring different approaches to messaging, creativity, and targeting those, which drive the best results and response.
- Demonstrate an awareness of the different markets and adapt the trading activity to maximize sales for the different customers in each market
