We are looking for a Junior PPC Executive to join our rapidly growing business, to help us ensure our online presence is fully optimised with the view to maximising online visibility through Paid Search & Shopping. Since 2015 Lounge has grown from an eCommerce underwear brand designed to bless women with Comfort Made Sexy, into an Omnichannel modern fashion house inspired to make a woman feel empowered, beautiful, sexy, and comfortable in one's skin.

During this growth, our Brand has built out 11 departments that underpin all that Lounge stands for and endeavours to be. As a Junior PPC Executive**you will**help Digital Marketing team in driving growth through Google Ads.

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who is eager to learn, grow, and make an impact in a fast-growing team. If you're excited about starting your journey with Lounge and helping us elevate the brand to the next level, this role is for you.

**What you will do at Lounge**:

- Conduct keyword & trend research.
- Regularly pull search term analysis and act based on the findings.
- Optimising paid search campaigns using keyword analysis.
- Work with the rest of the team to set up ads across all Google products, and optimising ad placements & audiences.
- Support on reporting account performance.
- Monitoring competitors campaigns & understanding the search terms being used.
- Shopping Feed optimisations.
- Analyse ad performance through the use of Google Sheets/Excel.
- Helping build out new campaigns across different PPC platforms for new product launches.

- Have an overall understanding of Paid Search & Shopping.
- An analytical mindset.
- Confident on Excel/Google Sheets, with strong data analysis skills.
- The ability to work well within a team.
- Are an effective problem solver with a 'can-do' attitude.
- Are passionate about everything digital, and have the desire to test new ideas whilst keeping up to date with industry changes.
