My client who operate within the retail and fashion space are looking for an Events Marketing Manager to take overall responsibility for marketing planning and campaign delivery of major events to drive visitor numbers and revenue, whilst managing a smallteam and working closely with the Director of Marketing as well as the Events team. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and oversee the events brand, ensuring clear and compelling brand messaging is delivered across all relevant channels, on/offline.
- Manage the marketing and communications roadmap to delivery on agreed plans for all shows and events, ensuring they are on time and within agreed budgets.
- Create and execute a multi-channel annual media strategy, working with media and agencies that includes PPC, SEO, paid social media, advertising and sponsorship.
- Develop PR plans for shows/events to enhance event profile and reputation.
- Work closely with the Event and Product teams on event marketing materials including POS and signage.
- Manage the events brand and take ownership of the event website, ensuring copy and assets are in line with the brand proposition and continue to promote and enhance the brand reputation.
- Manage and mentor two Marketing Assistants, overseeing their output and providing guidance where necessary.
- Alongside the Events team, monitor and analyse visitor engagement and satisfaction at trade shows and events.
- Develop effective marketing plans for delivery of activity that ensure clear best practice when considering processes and systems, such as registration and interface of the events booking platform.

- A confident communicator, able to communicate at all levels and influence key stakeholders.
- Experienced in events marketing and campaign management.
- Strong digital marketing skillset and knowledge.
- Experienced in managing websites and SEO, and reporting on analytics regarding traffic.
- Great project management skills, with experience of delivering projects internally and externally via agencies.
- Skilled in writing engaging copy and content.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Able to effectively mentor and manage a team, ideally backed up by experience.
