**The Role**

This is a permanent position, and we are happy to be as flexible as possible in terms of working arrangements (part time, school hours).

**Job purpose**

Reporting directly to the Director, this role is varied and wide-ranging. The role is crucial in maintaining the smooth running of the business.

**Key Responsibilities include**:
**Administration (General)**
- Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant role
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Excellent organisational skills
- Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Self-motivated and trustworthy
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task is essential

**Finance Admin**
- Preparing and sending client invoices
- Chasing outstanding invoices/debts
- Managing receipts and expenses
- Other finance related administration as required

**Essential skills & knowledge**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication and numeracy skills
- Accuracy and attention to detail is critical
- Task driven, efficient and organised
- Ability to prioritise and work on own initiative
- Able to produce concise and accurate reports
- Minimum of 5 GCSE’s graded A-C including English and Maths
- Good computer literacy skills, including excellent working knowledge of appropriate software including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Adobe Acrobat

**Desirable skills**
- Experience with finance admin an advantage
- Experience working with Free Agent would be an advantage

**The Specifics**
- **Duration**: Permanent
- **Working arrangements**: Between 16-24 hours per week on Monday to Friday will consider adjusted hours eg 9am-3pm
- **Salary**: DOE £20,000 - £25,000 per year pro rata
