As an HR Advisor within our fast-paced People & Development team, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the achievement of our company objectives through effective people management. You'll collaborate with line managers and staff, managing, developing, and ensuring compliance with HR processes and employment legislation for this training provider. This role will be based on a hybrid working model, allowing you to thrive both in-office and remotely.

**Key Responsibilities**: Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

- Managing the staff recruitment process using an HR software/system
- Facilitating staff induction and probationary period processes
- Handling pay, benefits, and rewards administration
- Monitoring staff attendance, leave, and sickness using the HR system
- Assisting with employee relations matters, including disciplinary and grievance processes
- Managing HR policies, processes, and procedures, and keeping them up to date
- Ensuring HR records are accurate, up to date, and compliant
- Leading HR project work and contributing to Continuous Improvement initiatives
- Collaborating with the P&D Manager and various stakeholders

**The Successful Applicant**:

- Previous experience in HR (3+ years) is essential
- Ideally experience in employee relations, managing ones own case load
