**The Role**:
The Global Airline Training Deployment Team Travel, Logistics & Administrative support role executes the deployment team schedule requirements for all activities and ensures that this is done efficiently and effectively. The role is the primary source of scheduling for the Global Airline Training Deployment team members as well as a source provider of daily activity information to business management.

The role combines the needs of multiple stakeholders and interfaces with multiple departments to ensure all information is gathered and accurate in order to create, monitor and modify individuals work schedules.

This position will be based in the Boeing Alderley Edge, Cheshire office.

**Responsibilities**:

- Maintain and update an efficient schedule of activity for the airline training deployment team.
- Manage, oversee and support event planning & logistics
- Create detailed plans & schedules based on standard processes for each training deployment engagement with an airline
- Manage the Deployment equipment logistics

**Required **Qualifications/Experience**:

- 1-3 years’ experience in airline operations or similar, as crew scheduler
- Diplomacy
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to make sound decisions under time pressure environment
- Ability to communicate and coordinate with people from various cultures
- Attention to detail
- Computer literacy and spreadsheet programs
- Time management skills
