Supplier Coordinatior

We are working with a £40 million turnover company that is part of a $7 billion turnover automotive market leader, and they are looking for a supply chain coordinator/liaison.

The company will offer you a basic salary of £25,000 - £30,000, 25 days holidays and exciting career prospects,

You will be responsible for all activities, from ordering parts to getting them in stock and available for sale. A summary of the key responsibilities are:
Ordering stocked parts and maintaining accurate pricing and delivery dates in the system

Coordinating courier collections and supplier deliveries with the warehouse team leader

Resolving supplier invoice queries, shortages, and quality issues efficiently

Building and maintaining strong relationships with all key suppliers

Escalating supplier performance issues to the Supply Chain Manager.

This is a fast-paced, highly successful global automotive e-commerce business. You will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, be an excellent communicator, and be proactive in responding to potential supplier issues.

You will be confident around MS packages.

You will be from a supply chain environment, ideally with e-commerce or automotive knowledge.
