**The Role**
As a Business Relationship Executive, you will be tasked with providing a professional and collaborative sales service to New Market SME Producers.
Building strong working relationships, you’ll help develop new and existing Producer accounts within a specific geographical area or product category, meeting agreed sales targets and providing fantastic support. Producers are businesses we work with to sellour finance solutions on to end users, they utilise the software we create and use us to reach even more organisations.
As the ‘go-to’ person for all their queries and needs, you’ll ensure they receive services and products perfect for their business and provide training on how to use our online services.
You’ll ensure Producers are satisfied, keeping in touch on a regular basis and resolving any issues as they arise, providing brilliant support which will directly contribute to the growth and reputation of our organisation.
**About You**
To be considered as a Business Relationship Executive, you will need:

- Previous experience of developing and maintaining client relationships
- To be sales-focussed with excellent customer service skills
- The ability to manage multiple priorities effectively with strong attention to detail
- The ability to use initiative, work under pressure and prioritise your workload
- To be a self-starter who can work effectively as an individual or as part of a team
- Excellent customer communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent numeracy skills with expertise in Microsoft Excel
