London (City) - Hybrid working

The role:
QA currently has an exciting opportunity for a Recruitment Officer to join the team in Central London. The overall purpose of the role will be to support a Senior Recruitment Officer Home/EU in exceeding sales targets, whilst providing first class customer service to our students, agents/representative and partners.

**Responsibilities**:

- Engage with external clients and support them with any queries
- Maintain and manage effective business pipeline ensuring daily KPI's are delivered effectively
- Use honest and truthful promotion and advertising when recruiting for QA Higher Education and its partner institutions
- Self-manage student pipelines within KPIs and SLAs; share critical information with the team to ensure everyone is on the same page
- Run and maintain weekly/monthly Management Information pipeline reports
