Key responsibilities include:

- Deliver a comprehensive analytics capability to forensically investigate our processes, operations and technical systems, providing detailed, data-driven insight to shape our program and operational decisions
- Working with engineering, legal, product, supply chain and operations stakeholders to evaluate and drive business decisions in an ambiguous environment
- Designing program mechanisms to reduce bottlenecks, improve communication, identify risks, and gather feedback from a wide range of worldwide stakeholders
- Develop regular program communication, including launch plans, timelines, status updates, post-launch assessments and performance reviews
- Rolling up your sleeves to help get things done: we’re in expansion mode
- Proactively build and manage relationships with key internal stakeholders across a range of businesses

Location preferred in Luxembourg, London, but potentially flexible where AMXL operates and have corporate offices

Key job responsibilities
- Within AMXL EU, this role sits within EU Network Design and Optimization, within the EU Network Planning and Expansion organization, as a Supply Chain Manager for EU Network Design.
- Single-threaded leader of designing the end-to-end AMXL EU transportation network topology across eight EU operating countries (UK, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Luxembourg, Austria, and Portugal).
- Owns defining, deploying, and optimizing network connectivity from our Fulfillment Centers (FCs) through Amazon's and 3P transportation providers' middle and last mile networks, to deliver Heavy and Bulky (HB) packages to our customers more reliably, faster, cheaper, and with a lower carbon intensity
- Drive cross-functional coordination, project management, and communication with stakeholders up to leadership, and engage with internal and external partners across AMXL, AMZL Launch and Expansion, Finance, ATS, and GTS.
- Lean 6 Sigma knowledge
- Experience of delivering significant service and efficiency improvements within an intense operational environment
- Proficiency with SQL and directly interrogating databases
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Understanding of technical product teams on requirements and implementing these into the operational environment
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, ambiguous, deadline-oriented work environment. You create order, without stifling progress and adaptation
