**Duties**:

- Perform general clerical duties, including filing, data entry
- Answer phone calls professionally, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
- Maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring all information is up-to-date.
- Collaborate with team members on various projects, providing administrative assistance as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- 2 - 3 years proven experience in an administrative or clerical role is preferred.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in data entry and familiarity with office software
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of accuracy.

Pay: £16,900.00 per year

Expected hours: No more than 25 per week
