**HR Administrator - FTC**
**(Known internally as People Services Administrator)**
We have an exciting opportunity to join our People Services Team as a People Services Administrator. This role is offered on a 12-month fixed term basis to cover maternity leave.
As a People Services Administrator, you'll provide a professional, confidential, effective, and efficient administrative HR service which meets internal customers’ needs and ensures compliance with internal and external requirements. You'll be part of a centralised team, supporting the whole KP Snacks business in the UK (7 factory sites and a corporate HQ in Slough - c2500 colleagues).

**As a People Services Administrator, some of your responsibilities will include**:
- Maintaining records of employee related data within our HR system and ensuring all employment requirements are met
- Ensuring all changes are processed accurately and on-time to support the payroll timeframe
- Responding to internal and external HR related enquires or requests
- Maintaining accurate HR records liaising with payroll where relevant to ensure pay is accurate
- Assisting with ad-hoc HR projects
**Working hours**
This is an office-based role, and the working hours are Monday to Friday 8.30am-4.30pm with 30 minutes for lunch.
