We are looking for a Building Contract Supervisor, who will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing projects from start to finish.

With your exceptional leadership skills and keen eye for detail, you will ensure the successful execution of projects, exceeding client expectations every step of the way.

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and oversee all aspects of projects from start to finish.
- Collaborate with contractors, subcontractors, and team members to ensure smooth project execution and adherence to quality standards.
- Review and interpret construction blueprints, specifications, and other project documentation.
- Conduct regular site visits to assess progress, identify any issues, and provide guidance and support to the team.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and industry best practices.
- Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and make necessary adjustments to ensure profitability.
- Maintain effective communication with clients, keeping them informed about project progress and addressing any concerns promptly.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Building Contract Supervisor or similar role.
- Knowledge of building construction processes, techniques, and materials.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction blueprints, specifications, and contracts.
- Valid construction-related certifications or licenses.
- Full UK Driving License.
