**Construction Supervisor**

Emson Builders Limited is a leading provider of construction management services to the private and public sectors throughout Liverpool. We are a fast-growing, nationally owned company with a proven track record in providing outstanding construction management services.

**Position Description**:
The **Construction Supervisor** will be responsible for supervising the construction of buildings, parking lots, walkways, landscaping, and other construction related activities at the job site. This individual will provide oversight to the project team and ensure that projects are completed in a safe, timely, efficient and cost-effective manner. This position will also be responsible for managing the project team and ensuring compliance with all Emson Builders Limited policies and procedures. The Construction Supervisor will work closely with the Project Manager to oversee the scope of work for each project and ensure that it is complete and compliant with company standards. The position requires an individual who can manage multiple projects at once while also being able to manage staff, contractors, vendors, clients and other external parties. This position requires an individual who can read plans, drawings and specifications as well as understand construction specifications such as material quantities and quantities of equipment required for projects.
