**Job description**:
Senior Customer Services administrator - Avron Trading - Thatcham
As the Senior Customer Services administrator you will play an important role in delivering best in class customer service to our valued customers. You will work cross-functionally with Sales, logistics and finance teams
KEY ROLE ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Upselling to customers where appropriate.
- Pro-actively resolving customer queries
- Communicating clearly and confidently both internally and externally
- Develop and maintain knowledge on systems and processes
ABOUT YOU
- Energy and drive
- Desire to put customers first and deliver high quality service at all times.
- IT Literate with experience across Microsoft Office packages - particularly Excel.
- Great written and spoken communication manner
- Organised and able to effectively multi-task.
WHAT’S ON OFFER
- £24k-28k (DOE) + 10% bonus potential
- 20 days paid holiday plus bank holidays
- Hours 8.30am - 5pm Monday - Friday (office based Thatcham)
**Salary**: £24,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
