Do it here. **What you’ll be doing...** The 'Campaign Marketing Consultant" reports directly to the Head of Strategy, Planning & Digital Marketing and is a member of the shared services team. They will work with the leadership team to manage the orchestration and execution of campaign and demandgeneration programs for the various sales segments. The Campaign Marketing Consultant is responsible for implementing and tracking the marketing campaigns across traditional and digital channels. Collaborates and consults closely with the wider team to ensurebest practice methodologies are followed and the programs are delivered on time and within budget. Works in partnership with the field marketing team and shared services team to build the activation plan to support the business’s needs. Works closely withmarketing strategy and field marketing leaders to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of all campaigns. Has a rigorous focus on measurement, reporting and refining the campaigning approach. This position helps drive the focus on bookings, revenue andprofitability of Verizon Business Group. This role is broad in nature and requires knowledge across a number of key marketing and business functions. - Providing line of sight on all programs across the regions at both a Regional and sub-Regional level of what is live, planned or off track to deliver on the overall marketing plan. - Orchestrating B2B integrated marketing campaigns in EMEA & APAC with the aim of acquiring and retaining customers. Working collaboratively and cross functionally to address the needs of the segments. - Connecting central and field planning and build integrated marketing campaign plans, ensuring marketing priorities are aligned central to local and top to bottom of the funnel. - Developing new methods and processes within the International marketing team to significantly evolve our campaign planning and decision making. - Instilling structure around the methods and processes to monitor the programs/campaigns and investments. - Collaborating with shared services team to brief and oversee the work of internal and external agencies to deliver the campaign activity covering the full funnel. - Tracking and deliver regular measurement of the ROI of campaigns. - Governing of the implementation, tracking and measurement of marketing campaigns. - Measuring and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs), identifying trends and insights, and optimizing spend and performance based on the insights. - Conducting regular campaign reviews to align marketing strategy with tactics and ensure effective execution. **Where you'll be working** In this hybrid role, youll have a defined work location that includes work from home and assigned office days set by your manager. **What we’re looking for...** You'll need to have: - Bachelors degree or relevant experience. - Willingness to travel up to approximately 25% of the time. **Even better if you have one or more of the following**: - Bachelor’s/Master’s degree/MBA or equivalent work experience. - Knowledge of the EMEA market, as well as emerging global trends and issues in the Enterprise segment. - Ability to design and implement strategic plans and turn them into execution plans. - Highly organised with an eye for detail. - Experience in technology marketing, International marketing/campaign management preferred. - Experience in Agile methodologies preferred. - Good Track record of establishing relationships and credibility with leaders across the business with a can do attitude. - Learns quickly when facing new situations. Experiments to find new solutions. Takes on the challenge of unfamiliar tasks and extracts lessons learned from failures or mistakes. - Experience in project management for large complex projects. - Understanding of the full marketing mix and how tactics work together. - Experience in Campaign strategy and execution. - Knowledge of Market and technology product. - Experience in Forecasting, analysis and performance tracking. - Experience in Resource optimisation and planning. - Knowledge of Tools and technology optimisation. **Diversity & Inclusion** Were proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
