An opportunity has arisen to join our successful Commercial Team in the role of Sales Account Coordinator **covering a 12-month maternity cover**. Working as part of a small friendly team, this role aims deliver an outstanding experience to our new and existing customers.

The key tasks included in the role are:

- Manage and liaise with our customers whether that be distributors, wholesalers or exporters, being the first point of contact with regards to all aspects of customer service
- Dealing with queries including deliveries, quality, technical support etc.
- Working cross functionally with planning, manufacturing and logistics to ensure customer orders are processed in a timely and accurate fashion.
- Coordinating label amends for various export markets, checking for discrepancies or making changes dependant on country of origin
- Setting up new products on the internal system including correct codes, labels and packaging information
- Sending out sample requests and following up
- Having a close working relationship with the operational colleagues to ensure the creation of new labelling and packaging is produced as per the needs of the customer
- To have an overriding understanding of the needs of customers within the remit of the Export function
- To become, with the existing Senior Commercial Manager, a knowledge hub regarding the processes associated with exporting products.
- To work closely with the Export Co-ordinator to fully appreciate the direct link between the roles and when required step in to assist in process export orders
- Working closely with the rest of the sales team to ensure administration associated with sales are up to date and accurate.
- Sales/Customer service experience is essential. International or Food experience would be advantage but training given.
- Proven track record of creating new sales opportunities and maintaining key customer relationships
- Confident and outgoing manner
- Detail & accuracy is important - shipping foods of animal origin overseas requires paperwork that needs to be accurate and timely.
