There has never been a better time to join us as we are expanding and looking for a highly motived and professional **Customer Sales Coordinator** to join our Team.

The **Customer Sales Coordinator** will report to the Customer Service Team Leader and provide an efficient and effective level of customer service, secretarial assistance, and administration tasks to all internal and external customers.

Moreover, CSC will ensure customers expectations/requirements are met and, where possible, exceeded from first point of contact/order to transaction completion.

You will liaise with relevant personnel internally and at times externally to ensure the task in hand is efficiently dealt with and completed, orders input on the system correctly and deliveries organised in the most efficient and cost effective way.

And lastly, CSC will be expected to log and resolve all customer complaints in a timely manner ensuring that administration procedures are followed accurately and within specified time scales.

**What skills are we looking for**:

- At least 2 years of Customer Service experience preferred (full system training will be provided)
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- IT literate including MS Office
- Highly motivated and ambitious
- Polite, friendly and professional telephone manner
- Someone who thrives and is able to contribute to a hardworking and dynamic team
- Calm under pressure with willingness to learn
