**The **Security Enterprise Solutions (SES) Operation within the Civil Group at Leidos,** is the cornerstone of Leidos’ comprehensive suite of fully integrated security solutions for aviation, ports, borders, and critical infrastructure customers around the world. Leidos is a growing company delivering innovative technology and solutions focused on safeguarding critical capabilities and transformation in frontline services, our work in the United Kingdom includes addressing some of the most complex problems in defence, healthcare, government, safety and security, and transportation.
This is a role that requires an appetite for building a pipeline of high calibre talent, proactive customer service and collaboration with the wider HR and business management teams to ensure Leidos is keeping pace with the changing industry trends. In this role you will need to demonstrate a strong all-round experience of technical/engineering/IT recruitment experience, together with a flexible approach to work and ability to travel to your business division locations as needed.
**Key Responsibilities include**:
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with all stakeholders as appropriate
- Partner with the Resourcing Business Partners, Line HR, Programme Leads and Business Development leaders to develop and execute advanced staffing strategies
- Collaborate and communicate with US based teammates, as well as other international locations supported by the Group
- Demonstrate the ability to establish trust and confidence by maintaining a high level of credibility, integrity, and skilled communications with managers and staff
- Be an authority on recruitment issues/legislation i.e. Equality Act, AWR, EAA, IR35, Pensions Legislation, On/Off-shore intermediaries etc. and their potential impact on the business and any contractors or new hires and ensure compliance to TA procedures and guidelines
- Continue to enhance Leidos reputation in the marketplace through direct souring capability and building strong networks of future quality talent pipeline
- Meet or exceed business needs including time and cost of hire against set company targets.
- This role reports to the Civil Group TA Director based out of the US, and will require flexibility to communicate over varied time-zones as needed
Required Experience
- Bachelor degree in business, HR, or related
- Direct related experience in Talent Acquisition or recruitment. Will consider transferable working experience, as it relates to working in customer service or deliverable based roles
- Must be technology savvy to include data management, database and record keeping systems, internet searches, and social media use
- Demonstrated success with communication and follow-through a must
- Intermediate experience using computer software such as MS Office product suite

The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
