We are looking for two **Talent Acquisition Specialists **to work with us on 9-month Fixed Term Contracts. **They will help to manage the full recruitment process across various head office functions and some exciting programmes of work. The responsibilities will include; Managing full recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, shortlisting, testing, interview management, offer management and pre-onboarding. Stakeholder management - Partnering with hiring managers and the wider people team. Shortlisting and forwarding CVs to the appropriate managers, including additional comments showing why they are appropriate for the vacancy. Managing offers through to contract generation. General administrative/reporting as required. **Requirements of the Role** We are looking for people from a strong Talent Acquisition background. The roles would suit people from agency or in-house backgrounds, who enjoy direct sourcing and being challenged to find the best talent. In addition, you will have the following skills; An innovative approach to problem-solving. Organized with the ability to prioritise and multitask. Results driven. Excellent interpersonal, influencing and negotiation skills. Proven ability to build relationships Drive and enthusiasm Ability to work with initiative. Ability to adapt to change.
