Our client is a leading global media company who are looking to add a new **Talent Manager** to their people team You'll be working closely with HR leadership to add to this vibrant company. Day to day you'll need to utilise high volume recruitment methods to unlock alternative talent pipelines and liaise with third party providerswhile performing in a fast paced environment.
As Talent Manager you'll be working as part of the UK People team, sourcing & hiring top talent for their award-winning media agencies. You will be working as part of the high-volume hiring team to identify and recruit a wide variety of positions across thebusinesses through assessment centres for a wide variety of entry level positions (Digital, Investment, Client Services, Marketing, Data and Analytics). You will also need to lead on the design and implementation of a consistent pipeline of analytical (data)future talentacross the network, working closely with Talent Development, Finance and business unit leaders to identify, design and implement programs that will build sustainable pipelines of future talent.
**Key Responsibilities**: - Partner with managers to understand their needs and define effective high-volume resourcing strategies and ensure a structured and smooth recruitment process
- Proactively develop quality talent pipelines for business-critical skill types.
- Ensure strong diversity and inclusion practices throughout our recruitment process, supporting and encouraging managers when needed.
- Be an expert in understanding where to source for hi-potential analytical Talent work
- Work with OpCo management managers to always improve and update the volume assessment recruitment process.
This Talent Manager role will be the right fit if you are the kind of person who loves working in a high-performance environment, is comfortable working to agreed performance metrics within a supportive, team focused culture. You'll need to have a backgroundin Talent Acquisition / in-house recruitment and have dealt with third party providers. You'll also need to be a great communicator, who forges strong relationships with your stakeholders, demonstrating emotional intelligence.
