City Elite Recruitment are delighted to be working with this global fintech firm, based in the heart of the city, offering their SaaS platform to assist financial institutions with their M&A deals.

They are currently reruiting or a Sales Operations Analyst to assist with the sales team with the upkeep and support of the sales organisation on Salesforce, reporting directly to the EMEA Sales Operations Manager.

As a member of the sales operations team, your primary responsibility is to administer Salesforce support to all levels of the sales organization, ensuring all sales requests sent to our support inbox are addressed in a timely & professional manner; alongwith a multitude of support related requests are administered accordingly in Salesforce.

**Responsibilities**
- Regional CRM adoption and data-quality
- Manage the sales support inbox and new account request queue for EMEA.
- Maintain Salesforce data quality with clean-up, de-duping & updating exercises.
- Ensure billing / project data is reflected in Salesforce
- Update & administer account and opportunity team assignments.
- Provide lead segmentation for marketing campaigns using Salesforce, D&B, Pitchbook, ZoomInfo & CapIQ
- Create Salesforce report and dashboard ad hoc requests.
- Manage the new targeted client campaigns process from Salesforce with Marketing / Business Development
- Maintain and update existing Salesforce / Power BI data sets
- Any other tasks that would help to support the EMEA sales team’s objectives.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- 2+ years' experience in sales operations analyst role
- Able to work effectively with mínimal supervision
- Exceptional communication skills
- Ability to work with management at every level
- Salesforce / Microsoft Excel / Power BI (or similar) experience a must
