Reporting to the Manager, Sales Operations, the role sits within the Sales Operations team, which interacts with the entire sales organization. The position enhances the overall operating efficiency and excellence of the sales function.What You Will DoSupport all aspects of the deal flow through Druva’s systems to maximize effectiveness and reduce the administrative burden on the sales representativesDevelop process improvements for sales support and identify opportunities for efficiency with the Sales Operations teamAssist with sales and administrative duties for sales representatives and RVPsEnter, retrieve, reconcile, and verify information (e.g., opportunities) involved in the sales processWork with cross‑functional teams to support sales order processing requirements and quote supportCollaborate with other Sales Operations admins to deliver exceptional supportEnable sales as needed on sales processes and deal submission for better practiceWhat We Are Looking ForAbility to function independently with a high degree of accuracy and accountability in a fast‑paced environment2+ years of experience in sales supportProficient user of Salesforce CRM (essential) and Salesforce CPQCustomer‑centric orientation with the ability to build relationships via email, video conferencing, and phone callsExcellent organizational skills, adherence to deadlines, ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects at onceProfessional demeanor with the ability to interact with many people in sometimes challenging circumstancesExceptional attention to detailAlign with Druva company core values, one‑team mentalityCurious and has the desire to learn new processesProficient in Microsoft Office and Google toolsWilling to be in our London office 3 days per weekSeniority levelEntry levelEmployment typeFull‑timeJob functionBusiness Development and SalesIndustriesSoftware DevelopmentLocationLondon, England, United Kingdom #J-18808-Ljbffr
