**Permanent Opportunity**: IT Operations Analyst (Data)

**Location**: London (hybrid working)

**Salary**: £37,000 - £42,000

My client, a business based in the City of London is recruiting for an IT Operations Analyst with a Data focus to join their team.

This is a newly created role with with lots of room for progression.

The IT Operations Analyst (Data) will:

- Support the Head of Operations and IT in the design and implementation of process improvements, policies and new product features
- Support the day to day running of the business operations by supporting the wider team through data import/export, the prevision of reports and maintenance of Salesforce Data
- Build and manage dashboards, reports, layouts, and other configurable parts of the interface for end-users
- Interact with teams across the organisation including sales, IT and finance to facilitate business users and corporate clients

The Successful IT Operations Analyst (Data) will have:

- Experience of working with CRM systems including Salesforce
- Good knowledge of data management tools, including Power BI and Excel
- Some Learning Management System (LMS) experience is desirable
- Excellent communication skills
- Previous exposure to transformation projects
