Service Desk Analyst required for Liverpool Street, up to £35k, plus bonus, Hybrid,
The Role:
Due to continued growth, my client has a requirement for a an enthusiastic and highly motivated person to join our teamand build on their expertise in the support sector.
Key responsibilities:

- Be the first point of contact for staff seeking technical assistance, both on-site and remote.
- Incident and problem management, offering exceptional Service support to the business.
- Logging and tracking of tickets and service requests with the Managed Service Provider (MSP) and other relevant
third parties as required.
- Responsible for handling support and service requests relating to all technology, including workstations, servers,
printers, video conferencing, networks and vendor specific hardware and software.
- Act as the 'issue owner' and escalation point ensuring matters are dealt with to a satisfactory conclusion.
Prioritising and managing several open cases and mini projects at one time.
- Provide user-training, how-to's, documentation and contribute to policies, processes and procedures when
required.
- Assist the IT Director with ad-hoc project work as/when required.
- Establishing a good working relationship with the business, key stakeholders, and 3rd parties.

Skills and Experience:

- Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
- Extensive Windows 10 and upwards administration, support and troubleshooting. Working knowledge of macOS,
iPads, iPhones beneficial.
- Broad experience of Windows Server (2016, 2019) and Active Directory Administration.
- Experience of Cloud technologies, e.g., Microsoft Azure and Windows Virtual Desktop beneficial.
- Zoom Rooms, Zoom and Teams administration, support and troubleshooting.
- Networking knowledge covering LAN's, VLAN's, Switches, Firewalls, VPN's and VOIP/UC systems.
- Able to install, configure, upgrade, and relocate PC hardware, software and print devices.
- High level of data and cyber security awareness.
The IT Support Analyst role can also be known as 1st /2nd Line Support Engineer, Support Analyst, Helpdesk Analyst,
1st /2nd Line Engineer, Technical Engineer and Helpdesk Engineer.
Education Requirements:

- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or IT related fields.
- Any qualifications such as Microsoft Azure Fundamentals, ITIL, MCSE, MCSA, MCITP or CCNA would be highly
