As Digital Marketing Assistant you will be responsible for helping deliver key online marketing activity across our digital platforms, including encouraging engagement from current and future students via our websites, campaigns, and our large and varied social media presence.

This role would suit a creative thinking individual with awareness of the digital and social landscape who is looking to gain experience in this evolving area of marketing. With excellent communication and IT skills, you will need to be able to demonstrate a flair for engaging content, including copywriting and visual communication, and a willingness to get involved in a busy university calendar.

The post holder will at times also support the Market Research team in gathering student feedback via focus groups and other research projects; the Student Recruitment teams at HE Fairs and Open Days; other marketing functions as the university calendar requires. Experience with Adobe Photoshop and other video tools such as Vine and Hyperlapse would be beneficial as creation of audio and visual assets for social media will form part of the role.
