**The Role**:
Due to company growth, we are looking for an IT Project Coordinator to join the team. Duties will involve:

- Successfully leading lead small to medium projects from their inception to closure.
- Providing resilience and administration support to the Project Manager on large, complex projects.
- Communicating with key stakeholders regarding the project status.
- Efficiently manage project set up, resources and operations.
- Following a consistent and proven project management methodology - Initiation, Planning, Reporting, Execution and Closure, adapting and tailoring the process when required to provide a flexible and bespoke client experience.
- Providing detailed and consistent reports to internal management and external client teams, such as project health, P&L management, logging of risks and timescales.
- Client management in ways of conference calls and meetings.
- Supporting the Projects Team with the creation and maintenance of the appropriate project documentation

**Skills and experience needed for the IT Project Coordinator role**:

- Project Management qualifications desirable, but not essential.
- 3+ years working within a projects environment as an Administrator or equivalent.
- Experience working in a high-level collaborative environment and promoting a teamwork mentality.
- The ability to co-ordinate resources across multiple projects within an IT function.
- Demonstrated understanding of Project Management processes, strategies, and methods.
- Excellent time management, organizational skills and experience establishing guidelines in these areas for others.
- Understanding of opportunity qualification and scoping
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong logístical, organisational and planning skills
- Strong administrative skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills

**Salary**:
£28,000 - £35,000 gross per annum dependent on experience.

0900 - 1800 Monday to Friday.

**Location**:
This role is based from our Croydon office (CR0 4WD). Hybrid working is available post probation.
