**Job Summary**

Sites to be managed:
Amazon, Shopify, ebay, etsy and others.

**Duties**
- Develop and implement comprehensive e-commerce strategies to increase online sales and improve customer engagement.
- Manage Google Ads campaigns to optimise visibility and drive traffic to the website.
- Oversee social media management, creating engaging content that aligns with our brand voice and objectives.
- Analyse website performance metrics using Google Analytics to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including IT, sales, and customer service to ensure a cohesive approach to e-commerce initiatives.
- Manage project timelines effectively, ensuring all tasks are completed on schedule while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in e-commerce management or a related field, preferably within a B2B environment.
- Strong understanding of Google Ads and digital marketing principles.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Exceptional communication skills in English, both written and verbal, with a knack for copywriting.
- Proficiency in social media management tools and strategies.
- Experience with project management methodologies is highly desirable.
- Ability to work collaboratively in an office setting while fostering positive relationships across departments.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £26,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
