**Project Coordinator based at the Lux Works Office of this leading electrical wholesaler, offering an excellent basic salary and benefits package (including a competitive bonus scheme).**

**The role of Project Coordinator**:
The project coordinator is responsible for liaising between branch and suppliers, raising quotes and projects and following the project lifecycle from start to finish.

Ideally, you should have a good rapport with customers and suppliers, building strong relationships and trust within the business as well as promoting Lux Works and associated services. Capturing sales/purchase orders in an accurate and timely fashion. Engage in general ad hoc duties to assist the team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Log all new project enquiries onto the CRM system and create a project folder in the Lux Works project folder.
- Raise all quotes with suppliers to enable full visibility of the project cycle.
- Collate datasheets and lead times with suppliers.
- Check that the codes from the quotes match design part codes and fitting references.
- Create spec book if required.
- Follow up on outstanding quotes and log on CRM tool.
- 1-3 working days at the start of each month go through all live queues and capture information using Yesss software to confirm.
- Assist with rebate data dumps and collection process when required quarterly.

**Essential Skills and Experience**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Well organised.
- Good attention to detail.
- Enthusiastic and Proactive.
- Willingness to learn.
- Good IT skills in Microsoft Office with experience of CRM systems.
