**The Role**

We have an exciting opportunity to join the HR team here at ONYX Insight as Talent Acquisition Partner. Working closely with the Talent Acquisition Manager and hiring managers in our Product division, you'll help connect ONYX with the best Product and Technology talent we need. In the process you'll contribute to the renewable energy transition process, and be part of our continuing success story.

**What you'll do**:

- Proactively source talent for positions in our resource plan
- Maintain the applicant tracking system (BreezyHR)
- Co-ordinate the selection and assessment process
- Deliver a fantastic onboarding experience
- Produce clear status reports

**Ideally you'll have/be**:

- Some experience with an agency working on similar roles
- A developing network of contacts
- Persistence, tenacity and resilience
- Great communication skills
- A systematic approach
- Experience of working with an applicant tracking system
