Talent Acquisition Partner - Tech

**About this role**

We’re looking for an experienced Tech recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition Team and awesome ‘Tech Squad’. You’ll be joining a team of 4 Tech Talent Acquisition Partners and you’ll report into the Lead Talent Acquisition Partner for Tech and Cyber hiring in the UK.

**What you’ll do**
- Support in the development of the hiring strategy for current and future talent across our Tech business area with includes Software Engineering, Infrastructure and TechOps
- Source diverse talent for both immediate demand and future pipelining across both our London and Nottingham offices
- We’re a collaborative bunch, so we want you to contribute at team meetings, generating new ideas and discussing opportunities

**What we’re looking for**
- Experience of sourcing and recruiting for Tech Talent using varied recruitment strategies
- Knowledge of the Tech market and expertise in at least one area of Technology i.e. Software Engineering, Infrastructure etc
- You’ll be highly organised, with a natural sense of urgency and a keen eye for detail
- Talent Acquisition can be a fast-paced and overwhelming environment, the ability to stay calm and maintain a high standard of work is essential

**Where and how you'll work**

This is a permanent position and can be based in our Nottingham or London offices.

We’ve adopted a flexible hybrid working model - one that creates the opportunity to work in your own way, but also provides great spaces for in-person collaboration.

Our core in-the-office days are Tuesday to Thursday, but they aren't mandatory - you’ll be led by your team, the type of work you do and of course your preferences. Many of our team have flexible working patterns so we’re open to discuss flexible working arrangements with you.
