We're on the lookout for a dynamic **Events Coordinator** to join our growing team, helping to deliver high-impact events and activations across multiple industries.
**What You’ll Be Doing**:
As an Events Coordinator, you’ll work closely with our sales and marketing teams to plan and execute events that captivate audiences and drive results. From creative brand activations to corporate functions and experiential marketing campaigns, no two days are the same. You’ll be managing timelines, liaising with clients, coordinating vendors, and keeping everything running smoothly from concept to completion.
**Your Responsibilities Will Include**:
- Supporting the end-to-end planning and delivery of events across diverse industries (retail, tech, FMCG, property, and more)
- Collaborating with clients, internal teams, and external partners to bring campaigns to life
- Managing event logistics, including budgeting, scheduling, staffing, and onsite execution
- Developing timelines and tracking progress to ensure campaigns hit every milestone
- Sourcing venues, negotiating with suppliers, and overseeing production elements
- Creating post-event reports and gathering feedback to measure success and improve delivery

- Highly organised with sharp attention to detail
- Ability to juggle multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholders at once
- A proactive, problem-solving attitude with the confidence to take initiative
- Comfortable working across a range of industries and event formats
**Bonus Points For**:
- Experience working on experiential or promotional campaigns
- A background in sales, account management, or marketing strategy
- Familiarity with CRM tools, project management platforms, or event software

Pay: £24,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
