**About the role**
This is a hugely exciting opportunity to join a purpose driven business, where you will work alongside a team of talented individuals to support our growing customer base of world-leading brands.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Contributing to development of our external events strategy and potential sponsorship that promotes the Verisk Maplecroft brand
- Organise our own internal client events and external sponsored events
- Organise and deliver online webinars
- Delivery of the full event lifecycle, including content and agenda setting, audience profiling, invitation creation and delivery, social media promotion, website promotion, dry-runs, internal stakeholders management, event delivery and post-event debrief and reporting
- Organise and manage all event logistic details such as equipment and promotional material delivery
- Organise event debriefs to determine ROI and other analytics to drive continuous improvement
- Effectively collaborate with marketing, PR, and design teams to further enhance the company’s brand through events
- Manage event organisers and vendors/suppliers across the Europe, US and APAC, paying close attention to financial and time constraints
- Social media promotion of both in-person and digital (webinars) events
- Work with Marketing Managers to design and coordinate marketing collateral, give aways, and other event related items
- Knowledge of platforms ON24, Cvent, Salesforce and EPI is an advantage
**Qualifications**:
**What we’re looking for**
- 3-5 years of levant remarketing experience
- Passionate about sustainability events and producing high-quality promotion
- Proven experience successfully planning, financing, managing and executing event attendance in locations outside of the UK, preferably US and/or Europe
- Ability to manage multiple projects to hard deadlines, without compromising on quality
- Excellent vendor management skills as well as the ability to negotiate
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
- Practical time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines
- Virtual event planning experience is a bonus
- Good collaboration skills, a people person
