Want to be part of this? We’re currently recruiting for a Customer Service Team Leader to join our Customer Service team.

**What you’ll achieve in the role**:
The overall purpose of this role is to lead a high performing team to deliver a customer focused, multi-channel service. Key responsibilities include:
Motivating, coaching, inspiring, training and directing the customer service team on the best ways and approach to deliver excellent customer service to our customers.

Ensuring quality customer service through the smooth flow of enquiries and complaints.

Managing the team through change - promoting, developing and continuously driving improvements to our systems and services.

**What you’ll bring to Raven**:
**For this role, we are looking for someone with the following**:
Experience and/or qualification in leadership/staff supervision.

Experience in call centre management or equivalent.

Knowledge of call centre/telephone systems, Office 365 (including Teams), and complaint handling.

**You will also share our values**: earning trust by being open and accountable, listening with an open mind, working collaboratively, and caring about making things better.

If you're new to the industry, it's no problem If you have the skills and the right attitude, we can train you to be successful

DBS clearance will be required for this role.
