Are you a passionate Showroom Sales Team Leader, looking for an exciting new role?

Coulter Elite Resourcing are currently looking for a Showroom Team Leader to work with one of our well-established and very successful clients based just outside of Merstham working as part of their Showroom Sales team.

As Showroom Team Leader you will be involved in providing advice on suitability and design to clients, raising quotations and invoices, taking payments, complex complaint resolution, problem solving and sales aftercare.

As a Showroom Team Leader you will have a full understanding of the sales cycle, you will be experienced and confident in targeting, engaging and qualifying potential customers.

**Principle Responsibilities for the Showroom Team Leader:

- **
- Excellent customer service
- Proven experience in training and coaching
- Outstanding time management and organisation skills
- Proven experience of leading a small/medium sales team
- Commercially minded and a proven ability to demonstrate driving sales
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Experience of using your own initiative and anticipating future needs

**Person specification:

- **
- Ideally a background in either design/interiors/construction but not essential
- High levels of customer service.
- Able to motivate and lead a team within a sales focused environment.
- Strong telephone manner.
- Strong IT skills, with the ability to update and maintain CRM/Order systems.

This is a full time permanent Showroom Team leader position,
Monday to Saturday 9.00am to 17.00pm
You will have every Sunday off and another day during the week which will be pre planned via the rota.
Annual salary of £25,000-£28,000
