You will support Group Procurement Manager in day-to-day duties, administration of the Procurement systems and contract management software. Liaising with suppliers to gather and translate accurate data and support with ongoing procurement projects. The team offers a wealth of experience across a variety of talents ensuring that the Group is well positioned to achieve its vision to be a Centre of Global Excellence for Hospitality. **Role in our Family**: **_Key Responsibilities:_** - Support implementation process of new procurement system within Splendid Hospitality Group - Procure Wizard. - Administration duties of Procure Wizard and Birch Street - P2P systems. - Responsible for integration of ad hoc and portal suppliers: synchronising Vendor Codes with Finance Team, testing supplier if the integration is successful. - Auditing suppliers compliance in line with Splendid guidance. - Liaising with key users to ensure that the system is used correctly and supporting the team with any queries. - Conducting basic system training for team members. - Liaising with suppliers in gathering accurate financial information. - Contract Management: recording contracts and administrating contract management platform - eSource. - Supplier database: creating and maintaining suppliers’ details using eSource. - Monitoring performance of suppliers against agreed KPI’s. - Supporting the procurement manager with undertaking high-level research into markets, understanding the suppliers and their profile, and their position within a marketplace. - Preparing monthly reports: Spent Report, Category Report, HSM Compliance **_ Person Specifications:_** 1. Knowledge, skills and abilities - Prior knowledge of BirchStreet and Procure Wizard would be highly desiarable. - Good communicator with teams at all level.. - Strong analytical mindset, supported by good MS office skills. - Team player with an ability to contribute to wider Splendid group goals. - Some UK wide travel to visit properties will be required. 2.
