SFI Logistics Ltd, based in our 45,000 sq ft warehouse in Twickenham West London, specialises in logístical support to the office, hospitality, and educational furniture market

Reporting to the directors, you will be responsible for the smooth running of our office function as well as interacting with our clients and internal teams

**Job Role & Responsibilities**

This is a varied role but among the key responsibilities are:
- Answering incoming customer calls
- Ordering office supplies
- Record keeping including H&S records, CSCS cards, H & S Awareness training, driving licences checks, forklift truck drivers’ records, first aid training records
- Organising and recording compliance with PAT testing, fire extinguisher maintenance and other housekeeping requirements
- Organising congestion charge, DART charge and parking payments
- Liaising with service suppliers such as cleaners and waste disposal contractors
- Managing post

**Salary**: Up to £26,000.00 per year

- TWICKENHAM: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
