**Job Overview**:
The Administrative Assistant will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the office. You will provide administrative support to senior management and other team members, assisting with scheduling, communications, office organization, and basic office tasks. This is a versatile role that requires excellent communication, multitasking skills, and a proactive attitude.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Administrative Support**: Provide day-to-day administrative support, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- **Office Organization**: Maintain and organize office supplies, equipment, and documents, ensuring that the office is a productive and efficient environment.
- **Data Entry & Filing**: Maintain accurate records, perform data entry, and ensure proper filing of documents both electronically and physically.
- **Event Coordination**: Assist with planning and organizing meetings, events, conferences, or team-building activities.
- **Research**: Essential assistance with ongoing projects by researching potential leads, clients and sectors.
- **Expense Management**: Track and assist with budgeting, processing invoices, and keeping accurate records of office-related expenses.
- **Customer Interaction**: Confident interacting with clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner both over the phone and in person.
- **General Office Duties**: Perform other administrative tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and ensuring that office equipment is working properly.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: GCSE or equivalent.
- **Experience**: 2 years of administrative experience preferred (experience in a startup environment is a bonus).
- **Skills**:

- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Solution focussed and confident contributing to ideas
- AI competent
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and multitasking ability
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn
