Office Admin Assistant - Part time FTE £21,000
**Responsibilities**:
- Maintain and organise office records, documents, and files, ensuring proper storage and retrieval.
- Assist in scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff members.
- Prepare and distribute internal memos, reports, and presentations as needed.
- Assist in managing office supplies and inventory, ensuring adequate stock levels and making orders when necessary.
- Support HR activities, such as maintaining employee records, assisting in onboarding processes, and coordinating training sessions.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries, and maintain records of postal and courier services.
- Collaborate with other team members to plan and execute company events, meetings, and conferences.
- Assist in maintaining office equipment and arranging repairs or maintenance when required.
- Assist in the day to day running of all company accounts, generating invoices, recording bills etc.
- Uphold and promote a positive office culture by demonstrating professionalism and strong work ethics.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification; additional certification in office administration is a plus.
- Proven experience as an office admin assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling paperwork and documentation.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility and adaptability to handle changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with office equipment and basic troubleshooting skills.
- Professional and courteous demeanour with excellent customer service skills.
