**Your Opportunity**:
In this role, you will be providing support to the European Team who are based in several countries in Europe as well as in Traka Head Office in Olney, Bucks.

You will be reporting to the Region’s Technical Manager and be based in the Traka Head Office in Olney, Bucks.

The role will perform responsibilities in accordance with all company standards, policies and procedures. It will be your mission to:

- Monitor the EU Support Inbox, and allocating the cases as they are created in ServiceCloud to the relevant regional Application Support Technicians
- Logging all correspondence relating to ongoing support cases in ServiceCloud
- Take the lead in answering the EU Support dedicated phone line and directing calls to the required member of the team
- Provide support to the Application Support Technicians with requests for assist in various tasks including testing scenarios on various pieces of Traka hardware, gathering information to assist with in depth investigations
- Dealing with Sales Order Processing for all Global and Strategic Accounts that come in for Traka Europe region
- Qualifying the orders with Europe BU’s and CP’s for accuracy
- Creating weekly order status reports
- Chasing any reader and/or card information for orders
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

You have excellent verbal and written communication skills. You are passionate about providing outstanding customer service and comfortable working in a highly dynamic environment with the ability to multi-task.

You are self-motivated, with an excellent attention to detail and the ability to prioritize workloads and tasks. You also have flexibility and adaptability in tackling new tasks.

Within this role, there is also the expectation that you will have the drive and ambition to take on more responsible and knowledge in order to develop into a more senior role over time if desired

**Essential skills**:

- Attention to detail with high level of accuracy

- Experience with Microsoft Office inc. Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to learn new software packages in order to carry out the main administration duties (CRM and technical support case management systems and SAP)
- Good team worker with a problem solving attitude

**Desirable skill**:

- Knowledge of a European Language but this is not essential
- Previous experience in a Technical Support/Admin environment
