EAC Consulting Group are representing an excellent opportunity for an Internal Sales Engineer to join a market leading Manufacturing business based in Olney. You will be joining their friendly internal sales team and be supporting their customers with technicalqueries and processing their orders.

**Salary**: £27,000 - £33,000

Hours: Monday - Friday 8:30am-5pm

**Duties of the Internal Sales Engineer**
- Receive new enquiries from customers and offer a first-class service to all.
- Process quotations and orders using in-house company CRM system.
- Calculating costs and sending quotes to customers.
- Providing technical advice to customers.
- Liaise with various departments to ensure a smooth sales process for customers.
- Maintain excellent product knowledge (training will be provided).
- Follow up with quotations and finalising sales.
- Occasional travel to customer sites may be required.

**The ideal Internal Sales Engineer**
- Previous technical sales experience in an Engineering/ Manufacturing environment.
- An engineering qualification or equivalent experience.
- Technically minded.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Great influencing skills.
- Strong administration and multi-tasking skills.
