Area to be covered: West London & M4 corridor OR North London & Northern Homes Counties (majority your time will be spent London)
Remuneration: £50,000 + 15% bonus

The role of the Technical Sales Manager - Masonry Support Systems will involve:

- Technical Sales Manager position selling a high quality range of masonry support systems such as: wall ties, wind posts, tension bars, lintels, restraint fixings, fixings
- Working on projects across the construction and building trade, roads, bridges, private rented sector (PRS), education, office blocks, high-rise residential, retail, rail & lintels
- Majority of your time will be spent selling directly to and dealing with brickwork contractors, developers structural engineers, architects and main contractors
- The remaining portion of your time will be spent dealing with managing the order with builders merchants such as SIG, Encon and Miers
- Carving up existing territories and will inherit circa £4/5m turnover
- Majority of your time will be managing existing account however will be expected to generate new business

The ideal applicant will be Technical Sales Manager - Masonry Support Systems with:

- Must be an external technical engineer or technical sales manager
- Must have sold to / dealt with a technical related products such as: wall ties, wind posts, tension bars, steel beams, lintels, restraint fixings, fixings, concrete reinforcement, concrete support systems, metal decking, rainscreen cladding, façades, anchors,structural building products
- Ideally an structural or civil engineer with relevant qualifications to match
- Ideally sold to structural engineers, architects, brickwork contractors and main contractors
- Must have at least 3-5 years’ experience externally
- Personable, team player, people person, driven and enthusiastic
