In this role you will be responsible for managing either the Poole or Teesside depots’ inbound and outbound stock and inventory. This involves controlling and documenting new, repaired and hired assets while ensuring that there is consistent communication between the operations, sales and engineering teams.

At Industrial Blower Services, we have provided air and gas moving solutions to our customers for over 3 decades. We were the UK’s largest independent blower specialist company before being acquired by Ingersoll Rand in 2021. We have ambitions and backing to grow significantly in the next 3 years and we need your help to achieve this.

**Principal duties and responsibilities**:

- Be responsible for goods in out. Accurately booking in/out products and quality check on arrival/shipment. Ensure system is updated in line with products in/out.
- Preparing assets ready for shipment this will include packing, documentation and loading items onto truck.
- Depot stock checks and investigations with perpetual stock stake following company processes to achieve high level of stock accuracy.
- Liaising with customers, partners and 3rd party logistics to ensure a smooth execution of orders.
- Ensuring that the workshop and store facilities meet governmental and company regulations for environmental, health and safety standards. Provide reporting whenever required by senior management.
- The management of the depots including space within the warehouse and conducting monthly toolbox talks in line with business requirements.

**Key Competencies**:
Must be:

- Well organised and good eye for attention to detail
- Able to follow processes and procedures but also implement improvements
- A TEAM PLAYER - always willing to help each other and go the extra mile for others
- A good knowledge of Microsoft Office, and experience of using Microsoft Dynamics 365 or a similar ERP system (desirable skill)
- An understanding of ISO9001 Quality and ISO14001 Environmental management systems

- Forklift Licence
- Safety Management Qualification (Desirable)
- Lean Processes (Desirable)
