**Customer Service Coordinator, Poole, £25,000 + 10% bonus**
Role purpose
As the **Customer Service Coordinator**,you will **maintain** and **identify new supplier relationships**, whilst promoting business service offerings. You will be owning several service deliverables.
As **Customer Service Coordinator** you will be responsible for:
- Building and **maintaining relationships** with **customers and suppliers**:
- Liaising with necessary sources to **ensure smooth delivery** of all services
- **Identifying opportunities** to expand services and promoting existing services
Your **skills** and **experience** will include:
- A proven track record in **administration and customer service experience**:
- An **interest** and proactive approach to **commercial revenue generation**:
- Computer literate with strong **Microsoft Office skills**:
- Excellent **communication skills** able to build lasting rapport with customers
