**Role: Administrator**

**Salary: £23,500 - £26,500 (depending on experience) + Quarterly Commission - 36.25hrs per week**

**Role based: Portakabin Site Accommodation, Sittingbourne, Kent**

We have an exciting opportunity for a highly detailed **Administrator** to join our successful team in Sittingbourne, Kent where you will be working in a positive, fast paced environment.

Reporting to the Business Manager, you will provide administrative support to the Company’s hire business, by undertaking a variety of tasks to support the smooth operation of the business.

Your remit is to provide commercial and administrative support as directed by the Depot Manager. Due to the volume of the administration in this division you will need to be calm under pressure, be persuasive, firm and resolute in approach with a positive attitude.

**As a Sales Administrator, you will**:

- Have strong administrative experience gained in a customer service environment. **Being detailed oriented is key for this role.**
- Maintain statistical and commercial data, including inputting and processing information within our computerised systems.
- Administer the Hire contracts and Aftersales services for the business to ensure accurate information is recorded correctly on to the computer system.
- Maintain customers relations while dealing with rectifications and damages.
- Be focused on customer needs and satisfaction and deal effectively with their requests in a timely manner.
- Effectively use internal systems (SAP, CRM) to ensure customer information is kept up to date and systems are aligned.

We are looking for someone who:

- Works well under pressure and experienced being able to multitask.
- Is highly organised and detailed oriented, works at pace, a self-starter, confident, resilient and reliable.
- Proven exceptional organisation & planning skills.
- Listens, consults others, and communicates proactively.
- Accepts and tackles demanding goals with enthusiasm.
- Has a good level of literacy and numeracy competency.
- Has strong Customer experience dealing with both with clients and internal colleagues over the telephone. Confident picking up the phone to tricky customers.
- Can build a wide and effective network of contacts inside and outside the organisation.

Pay: £23,500.00-£26,500.00 per year
