**HR Administrator**
TXM Plant are a growing business looking for a HR Administrator to join HR at our Wigan site, supporting the team at one of the UK’s leading suppliers of Road Rail Vehicles. With over 500 people involved in our business TXM Plant deliver RRV Hire, POS Services, and Principal Contracting services throughout the UK. You will provide guidance, direction and support to managers and our team in all aspects of the employee lifecycle.

This is an exciting opportunity to start your career as a HR professional supporting and working with our nationwide teams. You will need to keep up to date with developments in the employment legislation, and people practice enabling you to assist in revising procedures and communicating policies in line with best practice.
**As HR Advisor, your responsibilities will include**:
- Supporting Managers with HR admin service
- Maintaining and updating employee records in the HR Database and Company Systems
- HR administration for the whole employee lifecycle
- Guiding Managers on proactive recruitment to support operational requirements
- Onboarding new starters supporting and engaging them as they start.
- Providing admin support for all HR employment processes e.g., contracts, leavers, and contract variations
- Advising and promoting on a range of company benefits
- Working with the wider business on employee communication, engagement and retention
- Creative with the ability to develop innovative campaigns through social media platforms.
We are looking for a ambitious individual starting out in their HR career. You will need to be a quick learner with enthusiasm and confidence to communicate effectively with people at all levels.

- Good computer literacy with ability to develop documents, data files and spreadsheets and confidence to develop HR system skills.
- Ability to engage and build relationships with people at all levels of the business in a courteous, professional and competent manner.
- Ability to resolve problems in a calm and effective manner, escalating where appropriate.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and deal with reactive requests.
- Ability to proactively organise and prioritise workload.
- Ability to work well as part of a team but also use initiative and work independently.
- Strong PC skills e.g., Microsoft Word/Excel/Outlook/Teams
