**Your Remit**:
**Group HR Administration tasks**:
- Monthly reporting tasks including but not limited to:
- Prepare monthly headcount reports
- Ensure all end of month Group reporting is completed for all entities
- Update and maintain Group training systems for all entities
- Prepare and track all recruitment requests
- Assist with tracking and completion of Toolbox talk training
- Support the analysis and presentation of Employee Survey data
- Maintain group organisation charts, and prepare ad-hoc charts
**HRIS Administration tasks**:
- Update and maintain the HR System in relation to new starters and leavers for smaller entities
- Support activities to implement new modules and rollout to other countries.
- Act as an expert to support other users
**UK Administration Tasks**:
Manage all administration for HR including:
- Preparing and issuing offer letters and contracts of employment ensuring documents are signed and returned
- Manage the tracking and administration of probationary periods
- Update and maintain the HR System in relation to sickness and other absence records
- Coordinate new starter process by liaising with managers in producing induction schedules and carry out the HR induction
- Coordinate leavers process by liaising with managers and staff leaving
- Responsible for the correct filing of all HR related documents
**If you bring this**:
- **Experience**:Previous experience in Human Resources preferable.
- **Education**:Level 3 CIPD qualification or working towards one.
- **Person**:The ability to work methodically, to have excellent communication skills and foster strong working relationships with all stakeholders.
- **Technical**:Proficient using Microsoft Office Packages, and knowledge of Oracle or similar HRIS systems is advantageous.
