We are recruiting for Full Time and Part Time Positions.

No previous experience required, Just enthusiasm and eagerness to learn

Show us you’ re guest obsessed by being positive and helpful to ensure our guests have an awesome day.

**What will I do?**
Checking guests in and out of the hotel

Providing guests with information they need throughout their stay

Liaising with House Keeping regarding room allocations, status and special requirements, such as birthday celebrations or accessible room readiness

Effectively dealing with any guest feedback or minor issues

Show integrity and responsibility when handling guest property and follow procedure regarding guest safety deposit boxes

Have experience of Opera or similar system will be beneficial, but not essential as full training will be given.

Applicants must be over 18 dur to the nature of the role.

**Hours**: Full Time, 5 days per week

**Pay**: £9.84 (Per hour)
- Pay rates will increase in April due to the National Minimum Wage Review_
